Returns and cancellations

Contact BoxingReps through our contact form or write to 123 City Road, London, EC1Y 1AG, United Kingdom. Include your order number and the item concerned.

You can cancel an online order without giving a reason up to 14 days after receiving the goods. Tell us clearly using our contact form or by post, then send the goods back within a further 14 days. You may also cancel before dispatch. Contacting us for return instructions does not delay or remove your cancellation rights.

Returning your item

Return goods to BoxingReps, 123 City Road, London, EC1Y 1AG, United Kingdom. Pack them securely and retain proof of posting. You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods; contact us so we can arrange this.

You may inspect items as you would in a shop. We may reduce a change-of-mind refund for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

For a cancellation of the whole order, we refund the item price and our least expensive standard outbound delivery charge. Any extra paid for a premium delivery option is not refundable. We refund using the original payment method, without a refund fee, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. If goods have not been dispatched, we refund within 14 days of being told you wish to cancel.

Made-to-order and personalised goods

Our standard size and colour options retain the cancellation rights above even when made to order. Any exception for goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised will be explained and agreed before purchase. It does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Please contact us if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include a refund, repair or replacement. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
