Placing an order

Select your product, colour, size and quantity, add it to your basket, and review your selections before checkout. You can correct your basket and delivery details before submitting payment. The final checkout button places an order with an obligation to pay the total shown. We send an order confirmation by email; your contract with us is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the affected items. We will not substitute an item or increase an agreed price without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Applicable taxes, delivery charges and the final total are displayed before payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Promotional offers apply only according to the conditions displayed with the offer.

Products and delivery

Check the product description and selected options carefully. Screen settings can affect how colours appear, without affecting your right to receive goods as described. Products are made to order and handcrafted to full specification. UK delivery may take up to 14 days; international delivery is estimated at 14–21 days, including making and delivering your order. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you with an update. Your statutory rights concerning late delivery remain unaffected. Goods remain our responsibility until received by you or a person you nominate, subject to applicable law.

Cancellations, returns and problems

Our return and refund policy explains how to cancel, return an item or report a problem. Choosing a standard size or colour does not remove cancellation rights simply because an item is made to order. Please contact us if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Using your equipment

Follow the supplied care and usage instructions, choose suitable equipment and inspect it before training. Boxing involves physical risk and equipment cannot prevent every injury. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms restricts your mandatory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing protections or rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to consumers where they live. Any later changes to these terms apply to future orders, not retrospectively to an accepted order.

Which glove weight and fit?

Ounces (oz) describe glove weight, not hand size. The same weight can fit differently between models. An XL option is a separate fit option where listed.

Check the fit with your usual wraps: fingers should sit comfortably and the wrist closure should secure without pinching. For sparring, ask your coach which model and weight your gym requires. Competition equipment must meet your event’s rules.

Laces let you adjust the fastening along the wrist and usually need another person to secure them. Hook-and-loop closures are easier to adjust yourself.
